Survived by her beloved family; husband of 53 years, Leonard Mack; daughter, Rebecca (Daniel ) Leusch; grandchildren, Jennifer Mack, Michael (Lindsay), Eric, & Meghan Leusch; great-grandsons, Ethan, Marcus, Xavier, & Kyler; brothers and sisters, Shirley Taccone, Richard Smith, Janet Southcott, Wayne Watkins; sister-in-law, Joan Smith; best friend Carol Lucas; devoted care giver, Patti McMaster; step-son, Gerald Mack; many nieces and nephews; cousins; and her family at Aldersgate Church. Predeceased by son, Timothy; brother George Smith Jr; sister Marilyn Venette.
