MILLER, Grace Elizabeth Knappe, 94, of Tampa, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2005, at her home in John Knox Village. She was born in Shaker Heights, Ohio, and was preceded in death by her dear husband, Norman B. Miller. She is survived by her twin brother, Lester A. Knappe; her daughter, Carol Miller Myers; two granddaughters, Marjorie Ferrantegennaro and Katherine Heron; and three great-grandchildren, Corbin and Conner Ferrantegennaro, and Madalyn Heron, all who were very dear to her. Mrs. Miller attended Ohio State University, graduated from Huron Road Hospital School of Nursing and was also an instructor of nursing at St. Lukes Hospital in Cleveland. Her favorite past-time was telling about her nursing career. She was an avid golfer and equestrian in her younger years. Her life at John Knox Village was highlighted by many new friends, the baby cap knitting group, bridge buddies and the Red Hat Society. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, November 3, 2005, at Hunters Green Country Club, 18101 Longwater Run Drive, in New Tampa.
