-><!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->Dowd, Grace Mary CeciliaGrace Mary Cecilia Dowd went to be with Lord on December 27, 2014, she was 84. Grace was born in Rochester NY on February 19, 1930. She lived with her husband Kelvin J. Dowd in New City from 1967 until his death in 1976. She married Richard Werden in 1988, and retired as a registered nurse at Nyack Hospital in 1995. Grace has lived the last 19 years in Boynton Beach, FL, and was a volunteer at her church, St. Thomas More, JFK hospital in Atlantis, FL, and the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens of Palm Beach County. Grace is survived by two sons Kelvin and Douglas and four grandchildren, Jesse, Alex, Keara, and Kayla. A graveside burial service will be held at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Nanuet NY, on Friday, January 2, 2015 at 10 a.m.
