Grace MacPheeformerly of Lowell; 89 THE VILLAGES, Florida -- Grace (Nicol) MacPhee, 89, died Thursday, September 9, 2010Mrs. MacPhee was born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia and moved to Lowell MA in 1972 then later to Sanford FL and The Villages FL in 2010. Mrs. MacPhee retired from Raytheon in 1986 where she enjoyed many fine years in the Burlington and Andover MA facilities. She was a beautiful mother and loved her family unconditionally, always finding a special place in her heart for everyone. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading and TV game shows. At any time she could tell you what was happening in World News and local weather Survivors include her four sons and daughter; James MacPhee and wife Denny Gibbs, Sanford FL, John and Mary Anne MacPhee, The Villages FL, Jerry and Lorraine MacPhee, Glace Bay N.S., Grace (MacPhee) and Jack Sample, The Villages FL, Timothy MacPhee and Steve Ahearn, Los Angeles CA eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.MacPHEE -- A family service will be held locally and later in Nova Scotia with her family. Her remains will be brought to Glace Bay and buried with her Mom and Dad. We will miss her very much.
