GODWIN Grace Ludurma Godwin, 69, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2003. She was a native and life long resident of Maxville. She was the daughter of the late, Ben and Thelma Scully. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Maxville, and the Maxville Community Center. Her husband James Godwin precedes her in death. Survivors include her son, James Clyde (Helen) Godwin of Jacksonville; daughters, Linda (Raymond) Dixon of Maxville, and Shelba Jean (Herman) Johns of Middleburg; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday February 13, at 11 AM in the First Baptist Church of Maxville, with Rev. Leo Sherrill officiating. Interment will follow in Long Branch Cemetery, Maxville.
