Grace C. Age 77 of RR#2 Tioga, Pa. passed away June 18, 2002. She was born July 1, 1924 in Elkland, Pa. the daughter of Lawrence and Hazel Warner Walters. She was a homemaker, a member of the Mt. Zion Full Gospel Church and helpful servant to friends and neighbors. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Larry and Donna Goodwin, Elmira, NY. Daughter Beth Goodwin, Tioga, Pa. Grandchildren Melissa (Gary) Bisel, Nelson, Pa., Amy (Tim) Sandell, Ephrata, Pa. Great Grandchildren Alyssa and Shane Bisel and Katarina Sandell, Brother William Walters, Elkland, Pa., Sister Eloise (Sally) McGrain, Webb Mills, NY. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur in 2001, 2 brothers, Ernest and Garland and her 3 sisters, Charlotte, Faith, and Shirley.
