Glenn Edward Keen, 77, returned to his heavenly father Wednesday, June 20, 2012.He was born Aug. 23, 1934, in Louisville to the late Charles Edward and Vandora Harrington Keen. Glenn retired from many dedicated years of service at Winn Dixie in Pompano, Fla., and was a member of Highview Baptist Church. He was an avid fisherman and a huge fan of UK basketball and the Cincinnati Reds. He was known for a lot of things, but he was most known for being a great and wonderful husband, dad, grandpa, great-grandpa and friend.Glenn's brother, Larry Keen, preceded him in death.Along with his wife of 55 years, Jeanette, he is survived by a son, Douglas Keen (Joanne); two daughters, Karen Berger (Steve) and Patricia Culbertson (Stephen); seven grandchildren, Lauren and Morgan Keen, Brittany Jobbitt (David), Amanda McGrath (Brandon), Teddy and Austin Berger and Steve Culbertson; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Norma Sherrard and Linda Robertson; and a brother, Gary Keen.A service celebrating the life of Glenn is at 11 a.m. Saturday at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road.
