Davis, 63, of Parrish died August 16, 2011.Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. Friday, at Shannon Funeral Home, Town Chapel, Bradenton. with an Elks service at 8:30 p.m. conducted by the B.P.O.E. Lodge 2449 of Palmetto. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, at the Samoset First Baptist Church, Bradenton, followed by burial at Skyway Memorial Gardens in Palmetto. Survivors include his wife, Alice; sons, Craig and Russell; a stepson, E.J. Walker; a stepdaughter, Rachel Russell and one brother, John Jr.
