Glenda O. Davis, of 207 Beta Drive, died March 24, 2001, at her home. Ms. Davis was a loving Mother, wonderful Grandmother and a friend to all who knew her. Ms. Davis was the daughter of the late James R. and Willie Mae Kelley Tucker. Surviving Ms. Davis is a son, Frank Owens Jr. of Charlotte, N.C. and a daughter, Nancy Carroll of Seneca. Ms. Davis is also survived by two grandchildren, Trevor and Kristian Carroll; sisters, Carol Winkler and Janet Martin of Seneca; and brothers, Larry Tucker of Seneca and David Tucker of Greenville. She was predeceased by a brother, Gaylon Tucker. A Memorial Service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 28, 2001, at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Tim Marcengill at Hepsibah Baptist Church. The family will receive friends tonight, March 26, at the home from 7 until 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Hospice of the Foothills, 390 Keowee School Road, Seneca, SC 29672. The family will be at the home. Seneca Mortuary is serving the family.
