MILLEN, Ga.-Gladys Wells Dickey Johnson, 94, died Thursday, November 4, 2004. She was born in Screven County, a retired restaurant owner and a member of the Big Horse Creek Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Crowe-Fields Funeral Home with Rev. Grady Hargrove and Rev. Jerry Hood officiating. Burial will follow in the Millen Cemetery. Survivors include her son, Melvin Dickey of Millen; two daughters, Elise D. Williams of Davisboro and Delores D. Williams of Beaufort, S.C.; two brothers, Henry H. Wells of Millen and Willie Edward Wells of Savannah; a sister, Thelma Murray of Milledgeville; nine grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
