LEE, Gladys It is with hearts so profoundly overburdened with sorrow that we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Gladys Lee, with family by her side, on Sunday, February 1, 2009. She was born on May 10, 1931 to the late Mary Elizabeth and Gordon Leslie Walker. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ronald Frederick Lee. She is survived by her children, Terry (Jeannette), Scott (Marilyn), Gary (Della), and Randy (Dianne), and by all her adored grandchildren, Will, Richard, Geoffrey, Jasmine, Alicia, Matthew, Michael, Travis, Bronwyn, Bryson, Tegan, Melissa, Christopher, Adrian, Vanessa, and Tyannah. She will be fondly remembered by Kathy Lee. Also survived by brothers-in-law Doug (Eunice) Lee of Australia, Ken (Marilyn) Lee of B.C., and sister-in-law Noel Lee (the late Jack Lee) of St. Eustache, Que. Gladys will rest at the Byers Funeral Home, Church Street, South Mountain (613-989-3836), from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday. The Funeral Mass will take place at St. Daniel's Roman Catholic Church, South Mountain, on Thursday, February 5, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. Spring interment St. Daniel's Catholic Cemetery. By family request, donations may be made to the Kemptville District Hospital or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
