Gladys L. (Leeman) Johnson, aged 94, of Brockton passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013 at the Life Care Center of West Bridgewater. She was the loving mother of Deborah S. Goucher and her husband William, Stephen C. Johnson; cherished grandmother of Kristen E. Lanagan and Matthew C. Goucher; and adoring great-grandmother of Molly E. Lanagan, all of Brockton. She was the wife of the late Wendell O. Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She loved children, the color pink, and most of all her family. A memorial service will be held in her memory on Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Community Covenant Church 400 Pleasant Street, East Bridgewater, MA all are welcome. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Brockton Christian Mentoring Initiative, 1367 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301. Checks may be made payable to LTLF with BCMI in the memo line. Services for Gladys were provided by Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Homes, 647 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301.
