Obituary of Gianna-Rose Davis


Gianna Rose Davis Whitesboro Gianna Rose Davis of Whitesboro passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2010, at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester. She was born on August 10, 2010, at Chenango Memorial Hospital, Norwich the daughter of Andrew Davis and Danielle Jackson. Besides her parents she is survived by her grandparents, Carl and Danyelle Jackson, of Oxford, Roberta and Tracy Bartle, of St. Johns, New Brunswick, Canada, and Shirley Sitterly of New Hartford; her great-grandparents, Lewis Jackson, of Oxford, and Cheryl Bartle, of Norwich; her brother, Nathan Davis, and her sister, Kaylee Davis both of Whitesboro; her aunts and uncles, Andrea Jackson of St. Johns, NB, Jeff and Karen Sitterly, of Mohawk, and Courtney Mohr and Danyelle Mohr, both of Oxford. Several great aunts, great uncles and cousins also survive. The family would like to express their gratitude to everyone at Strong Memorial Hospital for their warm and compassionate care for Gianna. Thank you also to Ronald McDonald House in Rochester for such a warm place to stay. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 29, 2010, at 1:00 PM at the Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main St., Oxford, NY, with the Rev. Joseph Connolly officiating. Burial will follow in West View Cemetery, German. Memorial contributions may be made to either Ronald McDonald House, 333 Westmoreland Ave., Rochester, NY, or Mended Little Hearts of Greater Rochester, 200 Maple Ave., Victor, NY 14564.
