PEETERS _ Gertrude (Trudy), born on March 16, 1930, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on March 13, 2006 in Surrey, BC. Trudy is survived by her four children: June (Lloyd), Jean (Daryl), Donald, David (Chandra); six grandchildren, Shaun, Melissa, Melanie, Michael, Matthew, Myles, and one great-grandson, Damen. Trudy is also survived by many family members and friends. Memorial service will be held for Trudy on Friday, March 17, 2006 at 2:00pm, at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 10177 - 148th St, Surrey, BC. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of one's choice.
