Gertrude Evangeline "Trudy" Marsh, 82, wife of the late John W. Marsh, of K.E. Spencers Memorial Home, Moncton, passed away Tuesday June 9, 2003 at the residence following a lengthy illness. Born July 13, 1920 in New Glasgow, NS, she was raised in Souris P.E.I. by her parents William, and Mary (Peters) Paquet. She was a housewife and had a great love for children, politics, and geneology. She is survived by her daughter, Maria Roundell (Murray) of Caissie Cape; a foster daughter, Nicole Rodriquez (Louie) of Ottawa; three sisters: Joan McAnany, and Theresa Paquet both of Moncton, Peggy Ford (Jack) of L.A.; two grandchildren, Lee-Anna, and Krista; two step-grandchildren, Barbara, and Drew; four great-grandchildren: Janelle, Shelby, Alicia, and Taylor. Besides her husband and parents, she is also predeceased by a daughter Shirley Manner; five sisters, Bernadette, Edna, Marie, Frances, Gail; three brothers, Alban, William, and Clarence. Remains resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (8581900). Visiting hours Tuesday evening from 7-9 p.m., Wednesday from 1 p.m. until time of departure (1:45). The funeral mass will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2003 at St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, Moncton. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
