->Gertrude Carlsonof OwegoGertrude Carlson, 86, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2011 at home. Gert was predeceased by her husband, Lou Carlson; son, Wayne Carlson; daughter-in-law, Debbie Carlson. She is survived by her three children Judy Frisbie; Barry and his wife, JoAnn Carlson, Karl "KC" and his wife, Mary Carlson; seven grandchildren, Tina, Erin, Kristin, Tim, Jason, Erik, Taylor; great granddaughter, Mykalya; two brothers, Ben and Gene Ellis; two sisters, Dorothy Kane, Ida Ellis; several nieces, nephews and many dear friends. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:00 Noon to 12:45 with services following at 1:00 p.m. at the Campville United Methodist Church, 6110 NY State Rt. 17C, Campville with the Rev. William Prentice, officiating. Private gravesides services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Tioga Cemetery.
