October 30, 2004, she leaves to mourn her children Gwendolyn Grimes (James), Jessie Smith, Gerald Smith (Robbie), Brian Smith, Valerie Washington (Calvin), Timothy Washington, Cassandra Washington (Mark) and predeceased by Cheryl Smith; a sister Johnnie Mae Bingley and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be held Thursday November 4 at True Bethel Church, 907 East Ferry, at 1 PM. Funeral arrangements are being made through Brian K. Lewis Funeral Home.
