<!-- FH = Riverside Funeral Home, Albuquerque, NM --><!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->Geraldine HortonGeraldine (Swearengin) Horton, 83, of Albuquerque, N.M. formerly of Billings, Mo. passed away peacefully in her home on October 13th, 2014.Geraldine was born on Feburary 3rd, 1931 in Bruner, Mo. to Earl and Bessie (Dalton) Swearengin.She married Louis Horton on October 8th, 1947 and from this union three children were born; Carol, Louis Eugene and Robert.She worked over thirty years at Payne Stewart Municipal Golf Course. Geraldine was a woman with many talents. She was a very beautiful, loving and caring woman inside and out.Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Carol (Horton) Blades; son, Louis Eugene; two brothers, Danny Swearengin and Dale Swearengin, his wife Beth; sister, Wanda George, her husband Bill; nephew, Matthew Swearengin and the love of her life Louis Horton.She is survived by her son, Rob and wife Amber; two brothers, Glenn and Barbra Swearengin, and Larry and Jane Swearengin; sister, Connie Robinson; four grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.Memorial Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November, 8th 2014 at the Harvest Community Nazerene Church 479 Redbud Street, Rogersville, MO, 65742In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any Bank of Missouri location in Geraldine's name for a memorial bench to be placed in the Union Chapel Cemetery.
