GARVEY, Gerald Francis. Born in Montreal December 5, 1953 passed peacefully and with dignity from the Rockville General Hospital, Connecticut on May 24, 2005 surrounded by his loving family. Gerry was the 'Baby' son of Florence (Hubert) and the late Neil Garvey and brother to Patricia (Paul Empsall), James (Monique Giroux) and Peggy (Hubert Caniglia) and father of Kateri and Daniel of Schenectady, New York. He is survived by his special Aunt Sheila (Sister Teresa Garvey, SSJ) and his Aunty Norma and Uncle Jack as well as nieces Karalyn, Kristen, Julie, Suzanne, Jennifer and Patricia and nephews, Gregory and Andrew and his great nieces Vanessa, Alyson, and Kelsey and great nephews Ryan, Nathanael, Jesse and Maxim. Funeral service entrusted to Armstrong Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Boul., Dollard des Ormeaux. Visitation, Friday, May 27 from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. with service at St. Thomas A. Becket Church, 4320 Ste. Anne Street, Pierrefonds at 12 p.m. Saturday, May 28. Interment of ashes to take place at a later date.
