JOHNSON Georgina Mary (nee Reeder) Born in Regina, SK, May 1, 1920, Georgina passed away peacefully on June 8, 2008 at Queen's Park Care Centre, New Westminster, B.C. Predeceased by her husband, Albert Edward Johnson, sisters Margaret Vornbrock, Arabella Miller and Donna Kerr. Georgina is survived by her daughter, Wenda Grace Allan (nee Johnson), her son, Albert Edward (Ted) Johnson, her grandchildren, Curtis Gray Allan and Jillian Grace Allan and sister Gladys Osborne, brother Ted Reeder (Norma), brothers-in-law Jack Miller and Milt Vornbrock. A special thank you to her friend Michelle Moreau. Georgina was a creative, practical, enthusiastic and extremely hard working woman who was left a widow to raise two very young children. Georgina's strong independent character and her sense of humour all intrinsically helped in her life accomplishments. Often referred to as "Nana" or "Georgie" will be lovingly missed. We are so glad to have known and loved her and know that she was ready to take her deserved rest. By Georgina's request there will be no service.
