BÉRIAULT, GeorgesIt is with great sadness that the family of Georges Joseph Roméo Ramsay Bériault announces his death early morning August 27th at The Jewish General Hospital after a courageous battle over many years. The loving husband of the late Joyce Carson. Son of the late Roméo Bériault and the late Helene Jeanette Barber. Brother of Doug (Heather) and Peter. Brother-in-law of Linda (Bob), Jack (Linda) and Bill (Ginette). He will be missed by his nephews and nieces. Georges at age 66 born April 30th, 1947 leaves us all with an everlasting memory of himself and to everyone that he touched. As a devoted teacher, activist, and athlete, he leaves behind many close friends, colleagues, comrades, and family. A Visitation in his honour will take place on Saturday, September 7th from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex (1297 Chemin de la Forêt, Outremont, QC, 514-279-6540).
