George William Patrie, 76, died March 12, 2007, at Shands Hospital in Gainesville. He was born in Medford, Mass., and lived in Port St. Lucie for 12 years, coming from Franklin, Mass. He served in the Navy during the Korean War. He was a member of the Elks Club in Port St. Lucie and the Franklin Police Department Auxiliary. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Constance Patrie; son, David Patrie of Enfield, Conn.; daughters, Nancy Patrie of Jamestown, R.I., Alaine Spencer of South Attleboro, Mass., and Susan Patrie of Jacksonville; brothers, Robert Patrie and Paul Patrie, both of Massachusetts; sisters, Janet Lanni and Judy Berry, both of Massachusetts; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospices 1201 S.E. Indian St., Stuart, FL 34997. SERVICES: Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. March 17 with a memorial tribute and video presentation at 2 p.m. at All County Funeral Home & Crematory in Stuart.
