JACKSON, George Wilbert November 22, 1922 - November 30, 2009George W. Jackson, 87, founder of Jackson Scaffolding (of Vancouver B.C.), Hi-Lite Systems and Jasco Sales (of Mississauga, ON) passed away on November 30, in his sleep, after a battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Dagmar, his children Linda, David and Barry and his grandchildren Daniel, Justin, Jessica, James, Santiago and Diego. George was known as the inventor of aluminum shoring and the holder of many patents. Up until late October, George could still be found at work, inventing new products or on the golf course. He will be sorely missed by all that knew him.
