Homemaker WINTER HAVEN -- Mrs. Geneva Van Horn of Winter Haven died of chronic scleroderma Thursday (Dec. 15, 2005). She was 84. Born Nov. 3, 1921, in Strange Creek, W.Va., Mrs. Van Horn moved to Toledo, Ohio, in 1990. She was a homemaker. She attended Faith Baptist Church of Winter Haven. Mrs. Van Horn was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Van Horn; son Albert Van Horn, Ottawa Lake, Mich.; brother, Charles Salisbury, W.Va.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, Winter Haven. Services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
