Geneva T. WrightGeneva Taylor Wright, age 83, of Florence, died Monday, Nov. 18, 2013.Her family will receive friends today, 6-8 p.m., at Morrison Funeral Home Florence/Central Heights. Her funeral service will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Wayne Green officiating. Burial will follow in Old Macedonia Church Cemetery.Mrs. Wright was a Lauderdale County native and a member of Rhodesville Methodist Church.She was preceded in death by the father of her children, William Taylor; and husband, Arthur Lee Taylor Jr.; her granddaughter, Britney Lanier; and son-in-law, Reeder Lanier.She is survived by her sons, Billy Taylor and wife, Mary, Lonnie Taylor and wife, Mary Jo, and Dewayne May and wife, Carie; daughters, Brenda Lanier and Linda Kelley and husband, Earl; brother, Gary Kelly; sisters, Bassel Johnson, Gerline Hamby (Pibb), Barbara Thornton, and Gail McDonald, nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.Pallbearers are Donald Fowlkes, Steve Taylor, Joshua Miles, George Fowlkes, Doug McCrary, and Mike Kelley.
