January 1, 2008 Garnett Anne Jones, 70, of West 1st St., Oswego, NY and formerly of 244 Bingham Rd., Oswego, NY died Tuesday at Oswego Hospital. She was born in Syracuse, NY and she has been a resident of Oswego for 36 years. Mrs. Jones was an assistant teacher with the Fulton Community Nursery School and she co-owned with her husband, William F. Jones Real Estate. Mrs. Jones was a past PTA president of the Lanigan School, Fulton for several years, and a past member of the Realtors Association. She was pre-deceased by her daughter Christine Jones. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, William Jones, of Oswego; her sons: Gary W. (Jennifer) Jones, of Pennellville and Andrew S. (Keara) Jones, of Fulton; her brother, David Johnson, of KY; her sister, Mary McHale, of FL, and four grandchildren. Memorial services will be held Sunday at 1:00 p.m. at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton, NY. Burial will be private. There will be no calling hours.
