Interment will follow in Golden Gate Cemetery. Survivors include one daughter, Tamra J'ean Carter - Specialist, U.S. Army; two aunts, Irene Paterson, Augusta, GA and Nathalia Porter, Los Angeles, CA; three sisters, Willie Mae (Robert) McCray, Barbara Carter and Rosa Carter; three brothers, Johnnie Lee Carter, Kalep Carter and Jimmie Carter, all of Montgomery, AL; one sister-in-law, Bettie Carter; and a host of other relatives and friends.
