Gloria Elaine Taylor, 86, died Aug. 6, 2011. She was born in Philadelphia and was formerly of the Treasure Coast. Survivors include her daughters, Joan Neal and Deborah Price; sons, Richard Taylor and Robert Taylor; and six grandchildren. Services: A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Sept. 17 at First United Methodist Church of Stuart with the Rev. Phillip Short officiating. A funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Nov. 7 at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington Va., with Dr. Robert Chance officiating. Interment will immediately follow.
