JOHNSON, Fred Theodore1945 - 2014With profound sadness, his family announces the sudden passing of Fred Theodore Johnson at the age of 69. Born Nov 13, 1945 in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, he passed away Nov 24, 2014 in Cochrane, Alberta. Lovingly remembered by Gloria, his wife of 47 years, his children Bill (Kim) Johnson of Cochrane and Debbie (Jim) Scott of Sundre, Fred will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Tyson and Jennifer Johnson; Shayelyn, Briley, Tayanah and Haydyn Scott. Fred is also survived by his mother, Mary Johnson of Lacombe and sister Bev (Keith) Robertson of Seba Beach; brothers-in-law; Dave (Ann) Beattie, Bob (Carmen) Beattie and Tim Beattie; sisters-in-law; Marion Fenton (Bill Bachynski), and Linda Hoomana, as well as many nieces and nephews. Fred's father, Roy, predeceased him. On Saturday, November 29 at 1:00 pm, please join the family to remember Fred at The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 15, ( 114 - 5th Avenue West, Cochrane ). In lieu of flowers, the family would be grateful for memorial donations in Fred's memory to be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation www.heartandstroke.ab.ca, Alberta Cancer Society www.albertacancer.ca, Calgary MS Society www.mssociety.ca/Alberta, or a charity of your choice.
