Fred J. Hooper, MD, 89, of Knoxville, passed away Friday, Aug. 23, 2013 at Tennova Hospice Center, Knoxville.He was preceded in death by his wife, Eula Goddard Hooper; and parents, Annie K. and Fred H. Hooper.Mr. Hooper is survived by his son, Scott C. Hooper and wife Donna Hooper of Knoxville.The family will receive friends Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. in the Sharp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ken Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Oliver Springs Cemetery.
