Fred Douglas Carter QUINCY - Fred Douglas Carter, 97, a farmer, died Friday, Jan. 26, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Archie Mae Bradwell Carter. The service will be at 11 a.m. EST Saturday at New Bethel AME Church, with burial at Carter Cemetery. Viewing will be from 3 to 8 p.m. EST Friday at Bradwell Mortuary (850-627-3700).Survivors include a daughter, Patricia A. Johnson (and Walter); three sons, Harold Jerome Carter, Odester Fred Carter; a sister, Wilhelmia Paul; and a brother, John Robert Carter.
