Athens - Frankie Mae Carter, 70, of Springvalley Road, Hallmark Trailer Park, Athens, died June 4, 2005. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Morton Chapel Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include friend and companion, Frank Ford, of the home; daughter, Wakieta Carter; sister, Bernice Benning Dozier, Augusta.
