Frank Williams UTICA Frank Williams died on August 27, 2014. He was born December 20, 1920, in Crescent City, FL, to Hattie & Richard B. Williams. Frank was a well-traveled businessman. Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Helen B. Williams, Gloria A. Brown and all his siblings. He is survived by his son, Eddie Williams (Syracuse, NY); three daughters, Hattie Williams, Frances Frazier (Utica, NY) and B. Joyce King (Lynchburg, VA); great-granddaughter, Briana Frazier; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
