WILLIAMS, Frank H.It is with sadness that the Williams family announces the passing of Frank H. Williams on December 31, 2014 at the age of 79. He was the devoted husband of Huguette Campeau and son of the late Russell Williams and Marguerite Desjardins. He will be missed by his children, Marthe (Geoff Sinn), Michel (Joanne Maranda), Monique, Elaine (Tim Rooney) and Sylvie (Marc Maisonneuve); his grandchildren, Emilie, Alyssa, Melanie, Julie, Caroline, Eric, Daniel and Philip; his brothers, Paul and Carl; his sister, Muriel; his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Frank was predeceased by his brother Phillip. For over 40 years, Frank was owner and president of Williams Chevrolet Oldsmobile Cadillac Ltd. in the Hull-Gatineau region. During his professional career, he was president of the Automobile Dealers Association of Quebec and the Outaouais region, and the recipient of a number of accolades including the Time Magazine Quality Dealer Award and General Motors President's Triple Crown. In addition to his career as a successful car dealer he was involved in the community as a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club, Knights of Columbus and enjoyed many years as a member at the Rivermead Golf Club.
