Frank Stephens Parker Sun City, AZFrank Stephens Parker, 98, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2013, with family at his side. Frank S. Parker was born August 20, 1915, in Milwaukee, WI to Frank and Belle Parker. Frank graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1937. He was a professional electrical engineer for General Electric for 30 years and vice president of NEWCOR in Bay City, MI for eight years. Frank and his late wife, Jeanette moved to Sun City from Bay City, MI in 1985. He is survived to cherish his memory, by his three children, Frank L. Parker (Scottsdale, AZ), Karen Goessling (Moberly, MO), Christina Parker (Syracuse, NY); eight loving grandchildren; and three great-grandsons. Frank and his late wife, Jeanette enjoyed square dancing and traveling around the country in their RV while visiting their children and grandchildren who adored him. Frank will be remembered by everyone for his quick wit, broad smile, and genuine warmth. Frank was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and loved by all. He will remain in our hearts forever. He will truly be missed by all who love him.
