MAHON - Francis X., 73, of Long Pond, Pa. died Monday at home. He was the husband of Marilyn (Kaiserling) Mahon. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Martin and Julia (Davis) Mahon. He retired from Wyeth Laboratories (American Cyanamid) in Pearl River, New Jersey. Prior to that, he was an ironworker out of Local #580 Ornamental IronWorkers in New York City. In addition to his wife, Marilyn, he is survived by two daughters, Barbara Ann Mahon Mulligan and her husband, Bernard of Monroe, New York; Janis Michel and her husband Thomas of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and five grandchildren. The Reverend Cannon Virginia Rex Day will conduct a funeral service at 10:30 AM. on Friday, November 15 at the Trinity Episcopal Church, Trinity Hill Road in Mt. Pocono. Cremation will follow. There will be a viewing on Thursday, November 14 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 and 390 in Paradise Valley, PA.
