Francis L. Hendricks, 77, North Port, died May 31, 2005. He was born Nov. 24, 1927, in Chicago and came to North Port from there in 1990. He retired in 1990 as a paper buyer after 37 years at Allstate Insurance Co. Survivors include his wife, Beverly A.; a son; and three stepchildren. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Venice Memorial Gardens. Farley Funeral Home, North Port Chapel, is in charge.
