Peacefully at Providence Manor, Kingston, on Wednesday, 4 May 2005, in his 86th year. Son of the late Vincent O'Neill and Rosella Whalen. Dear brother of John (Elaine) O'Neill, Bel Air, Maryland, USA; Cecilia O'Neill, Belleville; Eileen Coughlin, Belleville; Vera (John) Fobert, Cheltenham; Elizabeth "Betty" (Jack) Ross, Belleville; Theresa (James) McDermott, Tweed; Joan O'Neill, Hamilton. Predeceased by sisters, Helen Murphy and Mary O'Neill; brother, Thomas O'Neill; and brothers-in-law, Leonard Coughlin, Ken Rashotte and James Murphy. Fondly remembered by sister-in-law, Florence Finkle; many nieces and nephews; and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Monsignor O'Neill will rest at St. Mary's Cathedral, 279 Johnson Street, Kingston, on Friday, 6 May 2005, from 2-4 p.m., and 7-9 p.m., with a Vigil Service at 7 p.m.; and on Saturday, 7 May from 1:15 p.m. - 2 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Cathedral, Saturday, 7 May 2005, at 2 p.m. Rite of Committal with prayer in the Priests' Plot at St. Mary's Cemetery.
