Francis G. Murphy, resident of Roselle Park, N.J., passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2014, surrounded by his loving family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home, Westfield, N.J., on Wednesday, July 2, from 4 to 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 3, at the Church of the Assumption, Roselle Park, N.J., at 10 a.m. Condolences can be sent to the family at www.higginsandbonner.com Francis was born and raised in Elizabeth, N.J., where he met and married his lovely wife, Audrey (Brogan). Francis was a Korean War veteran who worked tirelessly to provide for his family and instill good core values in his children and grandchildren. Francis was predeceased by his wife, Audrey (2006), and his oldest son, Kevin (1998). He is survived by his sons, Kenny and Terry; daughters, Marlene and Kelly; his 13 grandchildren, Shannon, Shawn, Kayla, Ryan, Brittany, Corinne, Joseph, Colleen, Hailey, Kevin, Morgan, Brett, Delaney, and two great-grandchildren, MJ and Chase.
