Francis Dominick Donnelly (Nick) of BinghamtonFrancis Dominick Donnelly, passed away, Saturday, October 18, 2003. He was born June 11, 1938 in Binghamton, and attended Saint Patrick Academy. He graduated from North High School, Binghamton in 1957 and graduated from Notre Dame University in 1962. He served in the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant for 4 years in Germany. He attended and received his Masters Degree from Old Dominion University and William and Mary College. In recent years he had worked as a Claims Manager for Maricopa County Risk Management in Phoenix, Ariz. He is survived by his father, Francis; his brothers, John Paul and Michael; his sisters, Maureen, and Mary and her husband Com. Philip Strozzo, London, England and one daughter, Theresa; and his wife, Josephine, Glendale, Ariz.The funeral and burial will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Phoenix, Ariz. at St. Louis the King Roman Catholic Church.
