APPLING, Ga. - Mrs. Frances Wilson, 82 of Lakeside Drive, Appling, entered into rest July 16, 2003 at Lake Crossing Health Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Carl C. Wilson and she is preceded in death by her son, Terry C. Bedgood. Survivors include son, Ronald T. Bedgood, Portland, Ore.; daughter, Connie Smith, Harlem; sister, Helen Brown, Charlotte, N.C.; grandchildren, Carla James, Don Ray, Amanda Bedgood and Julia M. Bedgood; great-grandchildren, Rusty James, Tyler James and Dianna Ray several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Mrs. Wilson was born in Richmond County, Georgia and lived in Columbia County most of her life. She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church and Eastern Star. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., today, Friday, July 18, 2003 at Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Philip Vestal officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Memorial Park in Augusta. Pallbearers will be: Don Ray, Sr., Don Ray, Jr., Doug James, Rusty James, Tyler James, Emmit Stephson. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lake Crossing Health Center Patient Account Fund, 6698 Washington Road, Appling, GA, 30802. Beggs Funeral Home, 799 Cobbah Rd.
