Frances W. Williams - SAVANNAH - Frances W. Williams, 88, passed away on Wednesday August 3, 2011 at Emory Midtown Hospital in Atlanta, GA. She was born in Hardeeville, SC, and educated in the public schools of Chicago, Illinois. Mrs. Williams worked at Memorial Medical Center. She was a member of Saint John Baptist Church, "The Mighty Fortress", where she served as a deaconess. She is survived by four children, Herbert L. Williams (Dot) of Hampton, Ronald E. Williams, Joseph H. Williams Jr., (Sue) of Riverdale, and JoFrances Williams of Atlanta, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
