McGOWAN, Frances W. (Fox) 89 years. Died peacefully on September 16, 2004 at Hotel Dieu Hospital with her family at her bedside. Beloved husband of the late George McGowan (1970). Dear mother of Rita and Andy Kyle, Kathie Simons and Robert McGowan, Windsor. 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dear sister of the late George Fox. Mrs. McGowan was a member of St. Mary's Anglican Church, the B Branch and was active in many card clubs. Visiting in the Walter D. Kelly Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 1969 Wyandotte St. East on Sunday 7-9 and Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. Mary's Anglican Church on Tuesday, September 21, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Bishop Jack Peck officiating.
