Frances Virginia Williams, 66, of Winder, died Wednesday, April 28, 2010.A homemaker, she was a daughter of the late Boyd W. and Lou Ellen Perry Williams.Survivors are special friend and caregiver, Tim McDougal; several nieces and nephews; and many cousins. Graveside services will be Saturday, May 1, at 2 p.m. in Smith Memory Chapel with Brother Steve Roberts officiating. The family will receive friends starting at 10 a.m. until the service. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.Smith Funeral Home has charge of the service.
