MILLER, Frances Shane 59, of Tampa, died June 26, 2013. Preceded by her father, Andrew R. Miller. Shane left behind her three most beloved treasures in this world, her children. Randy Myers (My beautiful blue eyed and sandy hair son), Jason Myers (The one who worries and watches over mommy), and Elizabeth Wagoner (With all my heart, you are so dear to me).
