ObituaryFrances S. Edwards, 71, of Fort Myers, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2008. She was born October 8, 1936 in Wilmington Township, IL and moved to Fort Myers following her retirement in Joliet, IL in 2001. While in Joliet, she was a member of First Assembly of God. She attended First Christian Church of Fort Myers and also volunteered her time at the Villas Pre-school for 2.5 years and Bishop Verot High School during stage productions.Mr. Edwards is survived by her husband of 30 years, James A. Edwards; two children: William B. Glasgow of Crest Hill, IL and Michael L. Glasgow of Fort Myers; two step-children: Randy Edwards of Cairo, IL and Imelda Barney of Jackson, MS; three grandchildren: William Glasgow, Jr., Cassie Glasgow and Samantha Glasgow and twelve step-grandchildren.Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 PM Saturday, June 14, 2008 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
