Frances R. Smith, 82, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2013 in Tallahassee, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Mack Smith in 1982 and her daughter, Ida Metcalf earlier this year.Frances was born in Tallahassee and spent her entire life in Wakulla County.Other survivors include three children, Lesley J. Smith (Cherie) of Panacea; Gretchen Harvey (Mike) of Crawfordville; and Naomi Coughlin (Tim) of Tallahassee; one brother, Bert Robison (Bessie) of Carrabelle; nine grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. A graveside service was held at 11:00am on Friday, December 27, 2013 at the Panacea Cemetery. Family received friends at the cemetery one hour prior to the service.
