Funeral Services for Ms. Frances O. Smith, 77, will be Sunday, Nov. 20, 2011 at 2 pm at Patton Chapel Baptist Church with burial following in the community cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Saturday night from 6 to 8 pm at Talladega Funeral Home. Ms. Smith passed away late Wednesday night at Cook Springs Nursing Home. Ms. Smith, a devoted member of Patton Chapel Baptist Church, is survived by her daughter Patsy Creel (Rex), her son Lamar Smith (Jana), her brother Frank O'Kelley (Martha), four grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Clifford Smith. Ms. Smith was a loving mother and grandmother who will be missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Nephews, friends, and members of Patton Chapel Baptist Church will serve as pallbearers. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the services.
