Obituary of Frances Mitchell

MITCHELL, Frances Ethel (Bowling), passed away January 27, 2003. Born in Bluefield, Va., the youngest of eight children, she worked as a hotel maid in Tampa for 40 years. She was married to the late Robert Mitchell for 50 years. She is survived by her brother, Perry Bowling Sr. and a sister, Nancy Lawback both of Cleveland; nieces Priscilla Park, Danee Haumesser, and Donell Gonzalez all of Tampa; nephews, PerryBowling Jr. of Cleveland, Richard Nicol and Albert Nicol both of Tampa; and "adopted" daughter, Kathy Samplen of Cleveland.
