MILLER , Frances Frances "Fran" Miller of High River passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 22, 2009 at the age of 74 years. Fran will be lovingly remembered by her husband Ken of fifty-four years; children Vincent (Kim), Marina (Michael), Kenton, Charlene (Peter), Mark (Laureen); nine grandchildren, one brother Raymond (Fran) and one sister Ethel (John).
